How often should a Las Vegas pool be serviced?
Weekly is the default for most valley homes. Extreme heat, dust storms, and heavy guest use burn through chlorine faster than milder climates. Biweekly only works for covered or low-use pools with stable automation.
Do you service the Las Vegas Strip resorts?
We focus on residential and small commercial (HOA, courtyard, boutique lodging). Large resort contracts need industrial crews; we can refer those.
What chemicals do you use?
We balance free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, and cyanuric acid for desert conditions. Salt systems get salt and stabilizer checks. We avoid overdosing cyanuric — a common valley mistake that locks chlorine.
Can you fix a green pool before a party?
Often yes if we start 5–10 days out. Heavy black algae or failed equipment may need longer. Call early; we prioritize green-to-clean on a published recovery plan.
Do you work in gated communities?
Yes. Leave a gate code or temporary access in your service profile. We do not need house keys — backyard/gate access only.
What’s included in weekly service?
Net/skim, brush walls and steps, empty skimmer and pump baskets, test and dose chemistry, visual equipment check, water-level note, and a short visit note (photo optional). Filter deep cleans and repairs are separate.
Why does my pool turn cloudy after a dust storm?
Fine Mojave dust loads filters and consumes chlorine. We bump filtration runtime, clean baskets, and rebalance. Cartridge filters often need more frequent deep cleans in LV than coastal markets.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes for openings after vacancy, post-party resets, and sales walkthroughs. Recurring routes get priority scheduling.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Nevada business license and liability insurance. Certificates available on request for HOAs and property managers.
How do pricing and routes work?
Routes are density-based by ZIP. Monthly rates depend on pool size, spa, salt vs chlorine, and access. You’ll get a clear quote before the first visit — no surprise “extra fees” later.
